Learn how to manage diabetes from the comfort of your couch (or wherever you use your phone/tablet/computer)! This free, nationally accredited diabetes workshop is open to anyone in Kentucky and will be available through Zoom for a 4-week series starting 10 a.m.-noon. Sept. 30. Remaining classes will be held through Zoom 10 a.m.-noon Oct. 8, 14 and 21. Led by certified diabetes care and education specialists, you will learn about healthy eating, medication options, preventing/delaying long-term complications and much more!
