Annual Reports

Each fiscal year, the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department releases a financial statements and an annual report for the previous fiscal year (July 1-June 30). Community Health Assessment and Improvement Plan

The Lexington-Fayette County Health Department, in partnership with the Lexington Community Health Improvement Partnership (LEX-CHIP), is proud to share this Community Health Assessment and Improvement Plan. The document take a look at current health trends through multiple sets of lenses. It uses the information to inform decision-making for community engagement and partnerships to improve the overall health of the community.
